Privacy Statement

RedCompass adheres to the legal requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and its subsequent amendments under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. The data controller for personal information is RedCompass and the people responsible for data protection within RedCompass are the Directors: Tom Hewson, Ed Pask and Jonathan Bell. Generally, data is not shared outside of the European Economic Area.

We collect and process personal data in order to fulfil a number of functions, defined under contracts of employment or our legal obligations as an employer. Certain personal data we collect and process may be of a more sensitive nature and may be classed as special category data. This data is processed in accordance with Condition (b) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR, or we would otherwise obtain your explicit consent to process such data. Additionally, we request and process other personal data in order to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

Who we share your data with
Some of the above data will be passed onto third parties, such as HMRC or benefits providers, in order to fulfil our contractual obligation as employer.
